Zinna Street, M 1 / Traffic calming and pathway design

Summary

The tender concerns road and street construction works on Zinna Street in Torgau, including a footway, raised traffic-calming areas, roadway construction, stormwater drainage, asphalt works, traffic management, landscaping and street furniture. The works include, among other things, removing approximately 250 m² of footway surfacing and installing new surfacing, 195 m² and 250 m² of concrete block paving, 85 m of stormwater pipe, eight drainage inlets, approximately 130 m² of asphalt surfacing, 24 traffic signs and about 100 m of road markings. Design services are not required and the contract is not divided into lots. The works are to be carried out from 1 December 2026 to 30 April 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 10:00 on 12 October 2026. The award criteria are specified in the tender documents. If the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, a 5% performance bond is required; a 3% warranty bond is also required.
