Tunnel wall cleaning by washing vehicle

Summary

The tender covers cleaning two road tunnels in Berlin Mitte during 2027–2028. The works comprise approximately 16,000 m² of tunnel walls and 4,640 metres of emergency walkways in the Alexanderplatz tunnel, and approximately 180,000 m² of tunnel walls and 38,400 metres of emergency walkways in the Tiergarten-Spreebogen tunnel. The tunnel walls must be cleaned twice a year using a tunnel wall washing vehicle. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 6 October 2026 at 10:00. The bidder must provide the required declarations and evidence and comply with the statutory Berlin collective-pay requirements.
