Tasks of the Tempelhofer Feld participation model office 2027–2029

Summary

The tender concerns operation of the participation model office for Tempelhofer Feld in Berlin from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027, with two optional 12-month extensions through 31 December 2029. The work includes organising the participation model, coordinating stakeholders and communication with the public, supporting the field coordination and field forum, preparing meetings and public events, documenting activities, managing communications and maintaining digital working tools.
