Renewal of permanent road markings, Rheinberg Motorway Maintenance Depot 2026/2027

Summary

The tender concerns the renewal of permanent road markings in the Rheinberg motorway maintenance depot area on motorways A57 and A40 in both directions, including main carriageways, ramps, connecting roads and interchanges. The work includes removing existing markings and applying new longitudinal, block, hatched-area, arrow and transverse markings. The estimated quantities are approximately 16,000 m of 15 cm continuous edge line, 12,000 m of 30 cm continuous edge line, 2,500 m of 30 cm block marking, 1,500 m of hatched-area marking, 1,200 m of broken lane line and 20 arrow markings. Approximately 70 short-duration work-zone traffic management and safety operations are also required. The submission deadline is 13 October 2026. Variant bids are not permitted. Bidders must account for repeated mobilisations, traffic restrictions, traffic safety, access arrangements and cleaning of the work area, and must provide the required competence, equipment and material evidence.
