Youth work coordination in the Britz-Chorin-Oderberg administrative area
Summary
The tender concerns the coordination of youth work in the eight municipalities of the Britz-Chorin-Oderberg administrative area, which has approximately 10,000 residents. From 1 January 2027, a recognised non-public youth welfare provider must coordinate youth work, networking, assessment of young people’s needs, planning of projects and activities, funding applications, public information and advice to municipalities, schools and organisations. Funding covers personnel and operating costs for 1.0 full-time equivalent, subject to the availability of sufficient funds. The expression of interest and all required documents must be submitted by post only by 12:00 on 16 October 2026; the submission must be written, complete and legally signed. Submission does not create a right to the contract. The selection will consider, among other things, the suitability and feasibility of the concept, professional competence, sustainability, economic efficiency and the ability to start implementation promptly.
