Design and construction of exhibition stands for 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers the design, planning, manufacture, transport, installation, technical fitting, repair, storage, dismantling and disposal of exhibition stands. It is a single-lot framework agreement planned to start on 1 January 2027, with a one-year term and three optional one-year extensions. The maximum value over the full period is EUR 170,100 net. In 2027, approximately 50 m² stands are planned for the LIGNA trade fair in Hanover and GIFA in Düsseldorf; later options may include fairs in Nuremberg, Hanover and Essen. The submission deadline is 21 October 2026. The bid must include, among other items, a compliant concept, initial designs for the LIGNA 2027 and Holzhandwerk 2028 stands, the price sheet, and a distinction between newly procured and rented materials. Price carries a 60% weighting and qualitative criteria 40%.
