Floor covering works – Loppersum dining hall

Summary

The tender covers floor covering works for a new dining hall on the site of Loppersum Primary School, with approximately 100 seats. The works include measuring and documenting residual moisture in the substrate, repairing screed cracks, cleaning, priming, filling and sanding the substrate, installing approximately 160 m² of vinyl flooring, and installing vinyl strips, oak skirting boards, stainless-steel separation rails, metal movement joint profiles and an entrance cleaning system. The bid must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 14:40. Price is the only award criterion. Works are scheduled to start in calendar week 8 of 2027 and finish in calendar week 9 of 2027.
