Screed works for Loppersum Dining Hall

Summary

The tender covers screed and floor-levelling works for a dining hall with approximately 100 seats to be built at Loppersum Primary School. The scope includes substrate preparation, 140 mm EPS floor insulation, a 7 cm cement screed with a tolerance of ±0.5 cm, an additional 1 cm thickness, accelerator treatment to achieve readiness for covering after 14 days, glass-fibre reinforcement, separation joints, edge angles, forming around small areas and repairs with epoxy resin mortar. Works are scheduled to start in calendar week 50 of 2026 and be completed in calendar week 51. The bidder must also account for limited storage space, the ongoing operation of the school, traffic restrictions, waste management, German-language communication, and construction and occupational safety requirements.
