Maintenance and servicing contract for powered doors, gates and hold-open systems

Summary

The tender covers the annual maintenance and safety inspection of powered doors, gates and hold-open systems at five rehabilitation clinics of Deutsche Rentenversicherung Rheinland, divided into five lots. The services must comply with applicable legislation, technical rules, ASR A1.7, DIN 14677 and manufacturers’ instructions. They include functional and safety inspections, force measurements where required, minor contract-covered repairs, documentation of defects, maintenance and inspection reports, and entries in the equipment inspection records. The contract starts on 1 January 2027, initially runs for 12 months and may be extended up to a maximum term of 48 months, ending on 31 December 2030.
