Repair of noise barriers – Lot 6

Summary

The tender concerns the repair of noise barriers on the A4 section between Dresden-Neustadt and Dresden-Nord, in the direction of Görlitz. The bid must be submitted electronically by 13 October 2026 at 10:00 and remain binding until 13 November 2026. Price is the only award criterion; alternative bids are not permitted, but several separately awardable main bids may be submitted. Preparation of the construction documents must begin by 20 November 2026 at the latest, and physical construction on site must begin on 1 April 2027. The overall completion deadline is 23 November 2027, with interim deadlines of 10 June 2027, 13 August 2027 and 23 September 2027. The contract requires 5% performance security and 3% security for warranty claims, and includes requirements concerning collectively agreed wages, anti-corruption, human rights and environmental protection.
