Museum cleaning services

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance cleaning, deep cleaning and window cleaning at several museum buildings operated by the City of Forst (Lausitz), as well as cleaning pipes and beams and supplying sanitary consumables. It is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers maintenance and deep cleaning, pipe and beam cleaning and sanitary consumables; Lot 2 covers window cleaning. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots. The contract runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030 and may be extended once by a maximum of 12 months. The tender deadline is 13 October 2026 at 10:00. Tenders must be submitted electronically through the Brandenburg procurement portal. For Lot 1, the award criteria are tender price at 50% and annual cleaning hours at 50%; for Lot 2, price is the only award criterion. The tender and all correspondence with the contracting authority must be in German.
