Summary

The tender covers the supply and installation of furniture for the new FACE Campus childcare facility and family centre in Berlin. The furniture must be delivered and installed according to the schedule: for the childcare facility from 23 November to 11 December 2026 and for the family centre from 30 November to 11 December 2026. The bid must be submitted electronically in German by 2 October 2026 at 12:00 and must include the completed contracting authority’s offer form, a priced bill of quantities with manufacturer and product-series details, and the required company, eligibility and exclusion declarations. The contract is not divided into lots and variants are not permitted. Compliant bids will be scored on price (30%), functionality (30%) and design (40%). All product requirements in the bill of quantities must be met; otherwise, the bid will be excluded from evaluation.
