Tramm Village Community Hall – Lot 7

Summary

The tender concerns Lot 7 of the refurbishment of the Tramm village community hall: painting, coating and flooring works. The scope includes interior painting, painting the stair railing and steel door, installing linoleum on stairs and a ramp, skirting boards and joint works, installing scaffolding in the stairwell, and final cleaning. The works will take place while rented apartments remain occupied, so noise and dirt must be kept to a minimum.
