Temporary emergency staircase for the Social Paediatrics Centre

Summary

The tender concerns a temporary free-standing emergency staircase to be installed at the existing building of the Social Paediatrics Centre in Dresden during construction. The staircase is to be made from scaffolding components, connected to escape windows on the individual floors and provide access to four floors; its approximate dimensions are 6.00 m long, 3.00 m wide and 11.10 m high. A cantilever structure is to be installed at the top floor and the staircase fastened to the existing building on the wall side. The works must start on 14 December 2026 and be completed by 18 January 2029. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 5 October 2026 at 15:00. Price is the only award criterion. The contract is not divided into lots and variant bids are not permitted. The successful bidder may be required to submit a detailed cost calculation, as well as the securities and other evidence specified in the tender documents.
