Bluno kindergarten refurbishment and playground renewal – Lot 03: external works and playground redesign

Summary

The tender covers construction works for the playground and external areas of the Bluno kindergarten in Elsterheide. The works include excavation and filling, demolition and installation of sandbox and playground elements, rubber granulate and artificial grass surfaces, construction of a water playground with pump connection, safety barriers, seating benches, hedge and lawn works, and temporary construction fencing. No design services are required. The works must be carried out from 12 October 2026 to 13 November 2026.
