Summary

The tender concerns external works and landscaping at the Ersatzwohnstätte Johannashall facility. The scope includes, among other things, installing a tree-protection fence; removing and disposing of concrete paving and soil; constructing sub-base and frost-protection layers; drainage and sewer works; installing geogrid; constructing edge restraints; preparing soil; planting vegetation; and maintaining and mowing landscaped areas. No design services are required, and the contract is not divided into lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 9 October 2026 at 09:10. The planned execution period is from 17 November 2026 to 30 March 2027. Variant tenders and the submission of multiple main tenders are not permitted.
