154.1 WH Grain Silo – Conversion of Changing Rooms and Showers

Summary

The tender concerns the conversion of changing rooms and showers at the WH Grain Silo in two lots: Lot 1 covers technical building services, including sanitary works, and Lot 2 covers hot-water generation using district heating. The sanitary works include, among other things, drainage and water pipes, shower drainage channels, washbasins, shower fittings, insulation, pressure testing and water testing. The works are scheduled for 26 October 2026 to 8 January 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 6 October 2026 at 11:00, and must remain binding until 6 November 2026. Bidders must allow for a performance guarantee of 5% of the net contract value and a defects-remedy guarantee of 3% of the final account amount where the order value exceeds EUR 250,000 net.
