JUZNEA Windows and Exterior Doors

Summary

The tender covers window, facade-opening and exterior-door works for the existing JUZNEA youth centre in Hamburg, as well as the supply and installation of windows, fixed glazing and exterior doors for a new building section. The works include surveying, shop and installation drawings, glazing with thermal, acoustic and solar protection, secure and airtight connections, improved U-value and burglary-resistant solutions, documentation and handover of maintenance materials. Removal and disposal of the existing elements are excluded from this tender. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 1 October 2026 at 11:00. Price is the only award criterion. The works are to start no later than 1 February 2027 and, according to the contract notice, are to be completed by 30 April 2027; variants and multiple main bids are not permitted.
