Ventilation and air-handling systems

Summary

The tender concerns construction and maintenance works for ventilation and air-handling systems under a framework agreement in the Greifswald, Anklam and Usedom region. The framework period is 1 November 2026 to 30 September 2027 and may be extended one year at a time, up to a maximum total duration of four years. Work will be ordered through individual call-off orders; an additional EUR 20 payment applies to small orders not exceeding EUR 500. For an individual order of at least EUR 250,000, a 5% performance security and a 3% defects-liability security are required.
