Painting works

Summary

The tender covers painting and coating works for two parts of the new Campus Handwerk development: Building 2 (construction) and Building 3 (vehicle technology), as well as related works in the existing building under Lot 2. The scope includes skim coating and painting of walls and ceilings, installation of glass-fibre wallpaper, coatings in server rooms and instructor booths, glazing of concrete, painting of metal doors, frames, lift portals, stair railings and fall-protection structures, joint sealing, repair works and mobile scaffolding. The tender must be submitted electronically through the contracting authority’s platform by 9 October 2026 at 23:59. The procurement is divided into several lots, variants are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the required forms, suitability and comparable-experience evidence, and allow for phased performance, limited storage space and coordination with other contractors.
