Brikett Factory Louise – Scaffolding works for emergency securing of the technical monument, Lot 309a

Summary

The tender concerns scaffolding works for the renovation and emergency securing of the technical monument at Brikett Factory Louise. The works include installing, maintaining, adapting, relocating and dismantling façade and internal scaffolding, as well as using a mobile elevating work platform with an operator and carrying out hourly-rate work where required. The façade scaffolding includes, among other items, 420 m² at a height of up to 12 metres, while the internal scaffolding covers 3,690 m³; the elevating work platform is required for up to 15 metres working height for 3 working days. The works are planned approximately from October 2026 to January 2027 in an operating museum environment. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted in German by 23 September 2026 at 13:00 together with fully completed forms, a priced bill of quantities, suitability evidence and the required declarations.
