Installation of vehicle restraint systems on the B401 Edewecht–Oldenburg section

Summary

The contract covers the construction of vehicle restraint systems and related traffic-safety measures on the B401 road section in the Edewecht and Oldenburg area, including traffic protection at short-duration work sites. Work must start no later than 12 working days after contract award and must be completed by 3 December 2026. The procurement is not divided into lots, alternative tenders are not permitted, and multiple main tenders are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 22 September 2026 at 13:30. Price is the only award criterion. The tenderer must demonstrate proper payment of taxes and social security contributions, sufficient turnover and comparable construction experience, and provide the required evidence concerning technical equipment, personnel, quality management, environmental measures and traffic safety. If the contract value is at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT, a performance guarantee of 5% is required; after acceptance, a 3% guarantee for defect claims is required.
