VMD Construction Phase 4 – Lot 01: Scaffolding

Summary

The tender concerns the installation of scaffolding at sites in Leipzig. The works include approximately 10,000 m² of façade scaffolding, roof-edge scaffolding, internal guardrails, platform extensions, protective roofs, scaffolding sheeting and dust protection, the installation of approximately 30 nesting boxes, and the preparation of scaffolding calculations and a work design. The works are to be carried out from 1 February 2027 to 17 September 2027. The tender must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 07:59; variants are not permitted and the tender must cover the complete scope of work.
