VMD 4th construction phase, Lot 06 – External works

Summary

The tender covers external works at Dornbergerstr. 1–13, Elisabethstr. 9–11 and Hildegardstr. 18–28 in Leipzig: repairing approximately 60 m² of concrete paving, installing 13 bicycle stands and 12 freestanding mailbox systems, creating infiltration areas beneath the existing loggias with lawn edging, and renovating approximately 1,150 m² of lawn areas. The expected performance period is 20 September 2027 to 19 November 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 07:59; variants are not permitted and the tender must cover the complete scope. Bidders should be prepared to provide turnover, reference, staffing, qualification, registration and insurance documents.
