Lot 016 – Carpentry works for the multifunctional building in Schildau

Summary

The tender concerns carpentry and timber construction works for a multifunctional building being constructed next to the sports ground in Schildau. The works include producing and installing approximately 1,060 m of external walls, 1,750 m of internal walls and roof structures, including around 105 m³ of KVH structural timber, 45 m³ of glued laminated timber, 1,270 m² of wood-fibre boards, 850 m² of vapour-barrier membrane, 470 m² of OSB boards and 430 m² of HWL boards. The contract also includes approximately 670 m² of façade cladding and 620 m² of internal wall cladding with three-layer panels. Design services are not required. The planned performance period is 9 November 2026 to 16 July 2027. Tenders must be submitted by 28 September 2026 at 13:20 and must be in German. The award criteria are specified in the tender documents.
