Green area maintenance

Summary

The tender covers the maintenance of grassed and hard-surfaced areas at the Niedersachsen Ports site in Emden under a framework agreement for 2027–2028. Work will be carried out in different port zones, including ISPS security areas, and includes mowing and cutting back vegetation, trimming hedges and other growth, removing weeds and debris, keeping access routes clear, and collecting, transporting and properly disposing of cuttings and clearance waste. Maintenance is required three times a year, with the first service round starting no later than April. The tender must be submitted electronically in German by 30 September 2026 at 09:00. The contract is not divided into lots and variant tenders are not permitted; price is the only award criterion. Bidders must address qualification, three references, wage and collective bargaining compliance, security and waste-management requirements, and submission of a detailed cost calculation.
