Supply of workwear and protective clothing divided into 15 lots

Summary

The tender covers the supply of workwear, protective clothing, high-visibility clothing, footwear and cut-resistant forestry boots for Bonn's municipal parks department for the period from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028. A framework agreement will be awarded for each lot, and the actual quantities may differ from the estimated two-year quantities; no guaranteed minimum purchase quantity is provided. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but alternative bids are not permitted. Deliveries must be made no later than 14 days after receipt of an order, delivered to the specified destination with freight costs included in the unit prices. The evaluation weights are 40% price, 30% use value and 30% measures for meeting social requirements.
