Winter maintenance at schools and administrative buildings in the Gotha district for 2026–2029

Summary

The procurement covers snow and ice control on sidewalks, access roads, parking areas and other specified areas at schools and administrative buildings in the Gotha district during three winter periods: 1 November 2026–31 March 2027, 1 November 2027–31 March 2028 and 1 November 2028–31 March 2029. The work is divided into six lots; a tender may be submitted for one or more lots, while Lot 6 will be ordered only if required. The contractor must monitor weather conditions independently, initiate operations without instruction and respond to new snow or other weather events within a maximum of one hour. At school sites, service must be ensured on weekdays from 07:00 to 20:00 and on Sundays and public holidays from 09:00 to 20:00. At administrative buildings, the weekday service period is 06:30 to 20:00 and the Sunday and public-holiday period is 09:00 to 20:00. Price is the only award criterion for each lot.
