NLBV flat roof renovation, waterproofing and insulation works

Summary

The tender concerns renovation of the flat roof of Building B at the NLBV premises at Auestraße 14 in Hanover. The works include removing the existing rooftop technical centre and creating a continuous new roof surface, waterproofing and insulation, sheet-metal roofing works, rainwater drainage, roof-edge and safety systems, a substructure for photovoltaic installations, and maintenance walkways. The main work area is approximately 850 m²; the scope includes, among other things, 2% fall insulation with an average thickness of 250 mm, a vapour barrier, waterproofing, drainage outlets and 16 anchor points. The bid must be submitted electronically by 30 September 2026 at 09:30 and must remain binding until 31 October 2026. The contract is not divided into lots. Price is the only award criterion, while compliant alternative bids covering the entire scope are also permitted.
