VMD 4th construction phase, Lot 05 – Painting works in stairwells and apartments

Summary

The tender covers painting, drywall and related refurbishment works in stairwells, apartments and basement areas at Dornbergerstr. 1–13, Elisabethstr. 9–11 and Hildegardstr. 18–28 in Leipzig. The works include approximately 1,200 m² of internal refinishing of railings and window grilles, 6,700 m² of stairwell wall and ceiling repairs, 3,500 m² of stairwell floor repairs and cleaning, 280 m² of painting in apartments following balcony-door alterations, 950 m² of basement painting and 1,830 m² of drywall works. The performance period is from 1 March 2027 to 19 October 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 8 October 2026 at 07:59; variants are not permitted and the tender must cover the entire scope. The bidder must meet turnover, reference, staffing, professional qualification, registration, insurance and responsible site foreman requirements.
