Courier services and locking services for the Bautzen Tax Office

Summary

The tender covers weekday courier journeys between two Bautzen Tax Office locations and an evening locking and inspection round at the main building. The courier service must use an enclosed vehicle and includes transporting mail, files, office supplies and, where required, small furniture or computer equipment, as well as loading and unloading. The courier route generally starts at 07:15 and ends at approximately 08:15; the locking round takes place from Monday to Friday from 19:10. The estimated workload is approximately 21 courier hours and 10.5 locking-service hours per month, or 31.5 hours per month in total.
