Summary

The tender concerns scaffolding works to enable maintenance painting of the windows in the façade of an older building on Unterwasserstraße in Berlin. The natural stone façade is approximately 140 metres long and 24 metres high. The scaffolding will be installed in several stages: initially along 50% of the façade, approximately 70 metres, followed by repositioning in sections of 25%, approximately 35 metres at a time, and finally dismantling along 50% of the façade.
