Further development of ProMaP

Summary

The tender concerns the further development and maintenance of the existing ProMaP Intrexx application for the State of Berlin under a framework agreement. ProMaP is a public-administration project-management platform used for project and portfolio management, workflows, reporting, user administration and access rights. The work includes evaluating user needs, surveying at least 15% of users or approximately 150 users, delivering the results within three months after award, organising regular workshops and meetings, and further developing the application. The bidder must develop personalised and standardised workflows, project templates, role and access-rights management, exports of reports in CSV, Excel, TXT, PDF and image formats, dashboards, project-portfolio functions and user administration. The contract also covers updating or preparing IT, operations, infrastructure, interface, data-protection and training concepts, improving accessibility towards the BITV 2.0 requirements, and providing first- and second-level user support for approximately 600 users, potentially increasing to 800. The estimated and maximum framework-agreement value is EUR 155,462.18 excluding VAT. The agreement lasts 12 months from award, and the contracting authority is not obliged to place call-off orders. The tender must be submitted electronically and in German, together with the required declarations, evidence and proposed personnel details.
