The tender concerns the complete technical refurbishment of the main power transformer system at the VELTINS-EisArena Winterberg. The contractor must supply and install a 1,600 kVA, 10/0.4 kV transformer system with medium- and low-voltage equipment, metering, protection and remote-control systems, earthing, cabling, building connections and the necessary auxiliary installations. The works also include establishing temporary power for the ammonia refrigeration system, testing, commissioning with the grid operator, preparing workshop and as-built documentation, and training the client’s operating personnel. The bidder must coordinate interfaces with the grid operator, the photovoltaic and storage system contractors and other parties. Evidence of ammonia hazard training is required for relevant personnel. The tender deadline is 29 September 2026 at 09:00. The tender must be submitted electronically in text form together with the completed tender form, priced bill of quantities, suitability declaration, registration evidence, and exclusion-ground and minimum-wage declarations. Price is the only award criterion. Variant tenders are permitted for the entire scope of work; the procurement is not divided into lots.
