Development of the Zincoli site

Summary

The tender concerns the preparation of the approximately 3.4-hectare former industrial Zincoli site in Stolberg. The works include site establishment and traffic management, fencing and a designated clean-and-dirty zone, removal of vegetation and root systems, demolition of surfaces, structures, foundations, rails, cables and pipelines, and waste handling. The contractor must also process demolition material into reusable material, relocate and compact soil, create an approximately level terrain surface, and excavate an old weather shaft. All movable soil masses are described as contaminated, requiring compliance with the work and safety concept, personal protective equipment, dust suppression, separate storage and extensive waste documentation. Alternative offers are not permitted.
