A28 Signage Renewal – TuR Hasbruch

Summary

The tender concerns construction works to renew road signage on the A28 at the TuR Hasbruch service area. The bid must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 11:00 and must be in German; it remains binding until 8 October 2026. Works must begin no later than 12 working days after contract award and must be completed by 30 April 2027 at the latest. There are no lots and alternative bids are not permitted; price is the only award criterion. The bidder must submit the priced bill of quantities or works programme, an X84 or D84 file, a suitability declaration, the required compliance declarations and, where applicable, subcontractor or joint-bidder information. Contract performance is subject to road-safety, work-documentation and applicable tariff-loyalty requirements. Missing documents may be requested after submission. No contract-performance or defects security is required. In the price evaluation, a workshop for people with disabilities receives a 15% bonus where its offer is economically equivalent to another offer.
