Flat roof renovation of the TÜV building on the A555

Summary

The tender concerns the renovation of an approximately 440 m² flat roof on the TÜV building beside the A555 in Bornheim. The existing roof structure, insulation, slopes, gutters and functioning drainage outlets are generally to be retained, with a new wind-secured and watertight roofing membrane installed over the existing roof. The work includes inspecting and cleaning the roof, preparing damaged areas, treating joints, penetrations, edges and drainage points, and repairing or replacing components where necessary.
