Pallet racking

Summary

The tender covers the manufacture, delivery and installation of a new pallet rack at the FMPA building of Brandenburg Technical University Cottbus-Senftenberg. The rack must accommodate 800 × 1200 mm Euro pallets weighing up to 800 kg, be single-row, have three storage levels and support a uniformly distributed shelf load of up to 1,600 kg. It must include two mesh back panels, chipboard decking on the first and second levels, and blue frames, orange beams and yellow impact protection. Installation includes travel and, where necessary, overnight accommodation; the contracting authority will provide, among other things, a forklift with a mounting basket, a lifting platform with a 6.00 m lifting height, storage space, the freight charge and sanitary facilities. The works must be completed within six weeks after the order is placed and no later than December 2026. The tender deadline is 22 September 2026 at 12:00, and variants are not permitted. The tender must be submitted in German electronically through the required bidding tool; submission by email or through the portal communication area leads to exclusion. The award criteria are technical execution (50%), price (30%) and delivery period (20%).
