Market research for winter maintenance services

Summary

This is a non-binding market consultation, not a procurement procedure or a tender submission. DBFZ seeks information on the winter maintenance services available on the market, suppliers’ organisational and technical capabilities, and the expected price level for the period from November 2026 to March 2030. The service covers snow clearance and de-icing on approximately 4,500 m² of asphalted and paved areas, including about 320 m² in a public area, as well as manual clearance of stairs, ramps and entrances. The need for work depends on weather conditions; the main service periods are 05:00–07:00 on weekdays and 07:00–09:00 on Sundays and public holidays, with work potentially required until 20:00. A response time of up to 20 minutes and a location presumably within a 5 km radius are important. The response must be submitted through the DTVP platform by 21 September 2026 at 12:00 and is neither a tender nor a guarantee of a future contract.
