Winter maintenance services at the schools and administrative properties of Hildesheim district

Summary

The tender concerns winter maintenance at schools and administrative properties in the Hildesheim district. The service includes snow clearing, gritting, inspection of hazardous areas, weather monitoring and documentation of the work performed. The tender is divided into 8 lots. The district headquarters and the fire and technical centre in Groß Düngen must be serviced around the clock; all other properties must be serviced on weekdays from 15:00 to 06:30 and from Friday 15:00 to Monday 06:30 at weekends. Public holidays require all-day service if they fall outside those periods. The winter season runs each year from 1 November to 30 April of the following year. The bidder must provide suitable equipment, sufficient staff and replacement personnel, comply with local regulations, and submit the signed price sheet together with the required documents and evidence. For work performed in Germany, at least EUR 13.90 per hour must be paid from 1 January 2026, or the higher mandatory wage applicable in the relevant case.
