Building automation for the vocational school in Rodewisch, Lot 04

Summary

The tender concerns the modernisation of building automation at the vocational school in Rodewisch. The works include improving the control of heating, ventilation and cooling systems; integrating lighting, roller-shutter and blind controls; installing and certifying BACnet automation stations; renewing the automation stations and 27 individual room control stations; partially replacing approximately 4,200 metres of cables and wiring; installing sensors; connecting external systems; renewing the building management centre; and providing a temporary winter-heating solution. The expected implementation period is from 7 December 2026 to 12 October 2027. Tenders must be submitted electronically in German by 29 September 2026 at 14:30, and price is the only award criterion. Bidders must also take into account a 5% performance guarantee and a 3% defects liability guarantee.
