Roof Renovation and Waterproofing Works at the Salzmann Building

Summary

The tender covers the complete renovation of the flat roof at the Salzmann Building in Bad Berleburg, including scaffolding, removal and reconstruction of the roof structure with insulation and two-layer synthetic membrane waterproofing, parapet raising, roof-edge coverings, skylights, facade cladding and lightning-protection works. The main quantities include 1,750 m² of facade scaffolding, 1,605 m² of roof removal and reconstruction, 295 m of parapet raising, 286 m of roof-edge covering, 15 skylights and 380 m of lightning-protection conductor.
