Electrical equipment maintenance and testing of portable electrical equipment

Summary

The tender concerns a four-year framework agreement for testing portable electrical equipment at JVA Plötzensee in accordance with DGUV Regulation 4. The estimated quantities are 3,520 devices for 2026 and 8,750 devices for each of 2028 and 2030. The 2026 service must be completed and invoiced by 11 December 2026. Bids must be submitted electronically in German by 18 September 2026 at 09:00, and remain binding until 19 October 2026. Alternative bids are not permitted. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must provide the required declarations, qualification evidence, valid business liability insurance, a qualified person, personnel information and, on request, evidence of a comparable successful reference at a public institution during the previous two years.
