B009 – North of Bacharach

Summary

The tender concerns road and structural engineering works on the B009 between Bacharach and Oberwesel, including renewal of the access ramp to the Kaub–Engelsburg ferry, works on the Engelsburg retaining walls, and replacement of the embankment wall alongside the Rhine cycle path with a foundation beam and railing. The works include concrete and paving construction, drainage, demolition, earthworks, micropiles, traffic management, environmental protection, surveying, quality control and preparation of safety and health documentation.
