Perovskite inspection system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one perovskite inspection system, a manually loaded conveyor-based measurement platform for later integration with inline measurement devices. The equipment must be delivered to Fraunhofer ISE in Freiburg by 30 June 2027, and the net budget must not exceed EUR 120,000.\n\nThe bidder must submit a company profile, turnover figures for 2022, 2023 and 2024 and, if available, 2025, at least three comparable project references from 2023 or later, signed exclusion-ground and Russia-related self-declarations, a signed export-classification form, the completed technical-details table and any applicable signed bidder-information return copy. A binding delivery time in whole calendar weeks and the manufacturer’s part number must be stated.\n\nThe offer must comply with the mandatory technical specifications, including manual loading, automatic sample transport between measurement modules, sample formats from 2 × 2 cm to G12, the specified substrate and surface types, maximum dimensions of 3.0 × 1.5 × 2.5 m, full enclosure, integration of supplied measurement equipment, at least a 12-month warranty, complete documentation, front access for maintenance, Windows 11 control software, a CUDA-capable NVIDIA GPU with at least 32 GB VRAM, at least 32 GB RAM, 10 TB HDD and 1 TB SSD, and uninterrupted power supply for the control computer and image/data-processing computer. Optional items must also be offered. The award is based on price (35%) and technical execution (65%).
