Tender detail

Procurement of a Vibratory Disc Mill

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of one new, unused vibratory disc mill for preparing and crushing construction-material samples at Technische Universität Berlin. The machine must process medium-hard to hard, brittle and fibrous materials, accept feed sizes below 15 mm, typically achieve a grinding time of approximately 60–180 seconds and a fineness of about 100 µm, provide variable speed control from at least 700 to 1,500 rpm, and operate on 230 V / 50 Hz. The supply must include all standard, safety, connection and documentation components, delivery, installation and commissioning. The machine must be compatible with the university’s existing grinding sets or include two technically equivalent hardened-steel grinding sets of 250 ml each. The complete delivery is due no later than six weeks after award. Price is the only award criterion, accounting for 100% of the evaluation.
