Construction of Cavern Yard K102 and Drainage Rehabilitation

Summary

The procurement is divided into two lots: construction of the K102 cavern yard, including demolition of the existing yard, and rehabilitation of the operating yard drainage system, including earthworks and pipework. Bidders may submit an offer for one or both lots. Offers must be submitted electronically in German by 14 October 2026 at 12:00. Attendance at the mandatory site visit on 17 September 2026 at 09:00 must be proven using the required form; bids without proof of attendance will be excluded. The bid must also include a GAEB-format bid file, a site-establishment plan and a construction schedule. The required securities are 5% performance security and 5% warranty security. Bidders must demonstrate the required financial, technical and professional capacity and submit the declarations and certificates specified in the tender documents.
