Installation and Removal of Christmas Lighting

Summary

The contract covers the professional installation and removal of the existing Christmas lighting in Limburg an der Lahn city centre and old town for the 2026/27 to 2029/30 seasons. The contractor must provide the necessary power supply and cabling, mounting equipment, functional inspections, repairs or replacement of defective components, checks of fastening systems and wire ropes, and all required permits and evidence. The lighting must be fully operational by the start of the Christmas market and may not be removed before 6 January of the following year. An emergency service must be available with a maximum response time of 30 minutes. The tender is not divided into lots, alternative bids are not permitted, and price is the only award criterion. Offers must be submitted by 30 September 2026 at 10:00. Prices must be stated in euros, excluding VAT, with no more than three decimal places; the tender total is calculated for four seasons and 19% VAT is added.
