Framework agreement for locking systems

Summary

The procurement concerns a framework agreement for the supply, installation, expansion, renewal and maintenance of electronic Winkhaus blueSmart and blueChip locking systems and conventional locking systems at approximately 86 properties of the Municipality of Isernhagen, covering around 219 use units and approximately 110,000 m² of gross floor area. The work includes cylinders, keys, access-control readers, programming, battery replacement, repairs, conventional locks, door hardware and travel costs. Services are ordered as needed and paid according to the actual work performed; the tender amount is not the expected contract value. The contractor must provide Winkhaus blueSmart/blueChip certification including the required software and hardware, observe the applicable VOB and DIN requirements, and be able to respond within a maximum of half a working day, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Price is the only award criterion. The tender must be submitted electronically in text form through the procurement platform by 5 October 2026 at 10:00.
