Summary

The tender concerns a five-year framework agreement for IPv6 training for IT staff, with individual call-offs. The estimated scope is approximately 255 live-online training days, 81 in-person training days and 35 hours of exceptional course-design work. In-person sessions will mainly take place in Berlin and, where needed, elsewhere in Germany; online sessions will use BigBlueButton. The usual maximum is 12 participants per session. A trainer profile and supporting evidence must be submitted for each trainer. The bid must also include a structured IPv6 introductory-course design of no more than 10 A4 pages and separate PDF answers on continuity during technical failures and trainer absences. Price accounts for 70% and quality for 30% of the evaluation. The bidder must also prepare accessible participant materials and include the required preparation, travel, digital learning materials and other costs in the quoted rates.
